• Oversee the daily operations of telecom projects, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in telecom operations, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in network design, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using telecom management software such as Oracle, SAP, or similar tools.
• Certifications in telecom operations or related fields are a plus.
