We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT professional to join our team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their IT requirements, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide onsite technical support to clients, including installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Conduct regular system checks and updates to prevent potential issues.
• Assist in the deployment of new IT systems and technologies.
• Document all technical activities and maintain detailed records of IT assets.
• Train end-users on the proper use of IT systems and equipment.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on onsite technical support.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and hardware components.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
