📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage orders and shipments.,Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Lead and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale.,Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.,Work closely with the procurement team to manage stock levels and reordering.,Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and streamline operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing inventory and warehouse operations effectively.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and compliance requirements.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
