📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.,Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or telesales.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid SIM card and reliable mobile phone for work purposes.
