Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Develop and maintain style guides and templates for technical writing,Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve technical documentation,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar
