🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent and workforce development.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
