📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide personal care and support to elderly individuals, including assistance with daily activities, medication management, and health monitoring.,Develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each elderly individual.,Facilitate social activities and outings to promote engagement and well-being among elderly community members.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for elderly individuals.,Educate and advocate for the rights and needs of elderly individuals within the community.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and care provided.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of community care programs and initiatives.,Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all community members, including elderly individuals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social work, gerontology, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of elderly care and support services, including best practices and legal requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with elderly individuals and their families.,Proficiency in English, with additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian, Balinese) being an asset.,Valid certification or license as a Social Worker or Gerontology Practitioner, as required by local regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Commitment to the values and mission of Singapore Buddhist Welfare Services.
