Erajaya is looking for a Site Acquisition Supervisor to join our team in Bali. As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing potential sites for our projects. This is a contract position with a focus on the Bali region. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and evaluate potential sites for our projects in Bali.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the suitability of potential sites.,Negotiate with landowners and stakeholders to secure sites for our projects.,Prepare and submit site acquisition reports to the project team.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth site acquisition processes.,Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders and communities.,Monitor and manage the budget for site acquisition activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or a related field.,Strong knowledge of the Bali region and its real estate market.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with local regulations and customs in Bali.
