Berkah Budi Bakery is looking for a Shop Assistant to join our team. We are a growing bakery chain in Balikpapan, and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards of quality and service.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the bakery. You will work closely with the team to ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the bakery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Assist customers with their orders and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with the preparation of baked goods.
  • Stock and manage inventory.
  • Assist with the cleaning and maintenance of the store.
  • Assist with the preparation of the store for opening and closing.
  • Assist with any other tasks as assigned by the store manager.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
