SATOSHI Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Store Manager to join our team in Tigaraksa, Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our stores, ensuring that we meet our sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

As a Senior Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our stores. You will be responsible for managing a team of store staff, setting sales targets, and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and organized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that it is well-stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Manage a team of store staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Set and achieve sales targets, and monitor store performance against these targets.
  • Ensure that our stores are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Work closely with the regional and national management teams to ensure that our stores are meeting our business objectives.
  • Participate in store audits and quality control processes.
  • Develop and implement store improvement plans to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
  • Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with retail software and systems.
  • Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to speak and write Indonesian fluently.
