In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, managing cashier operations, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide excellent customer service.,Manage cashier operations, including handling cash and card payments.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.,Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Keep up-to-date with sales trends and market conditions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or cashier role.,Proven track record of excellent customer service skills.,Strong knowledge of sales and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and inventory management.,Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.
