📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programs.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback to improve workplace culture.,Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR technologies.,Represent the company in HR-related matters and negotiations with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with the last 3 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to lead and mentor HR team members.,Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
