📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional service.,Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.,Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance our products and services.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals.,Measure and report on customer success metrics to drive continuous improvement and growth.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success to ensure we remain competitive.,Represent ResultsCX at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,10+ years of experience in customer success, customer service, or a related field.,Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention in a B2B environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and develop team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success tools is a plus.
