PT Inovasi Prima is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and completeness.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely filing.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Conduct regular financial audits and reviews.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and accountants.,Train and mentor junior accountants.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
