📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Present insurance products and services effectively to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Submit accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
