📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and solutions to customers to ensure their needs are met.,Work closely with the sales team to drive sales growth and exceed targets.,Conduct site visits and technical consultations to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.,Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the engineering and product development teams to ensure that our products meet customer needs and industry standards.,Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our solutions are innovative and competitive.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Sales, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical sales or engineering role, preferably in the same industry.,Strong technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid work permit and visa for Indonesia.
