📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the restaurant, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including tax withholdings and benefit calculations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and provide regular budget updates.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax regulations.
