In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained, efficiently utilized, and operated in compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency.,Manage vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Ensure timely delivery of vehicles for scheduled tasks or events.,Promote a culture of safety and accountability within the fleet operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and safety regulations.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
