Warung Putri Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to manage and grow our business in Samarinda. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a strong understanding of the industry.
As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our cafes and ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, implementing operational strategies, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Implement and monitor operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities for increase and implementing effective marketing strategies.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the cafe is a safe and pleasant environment for customers and staff.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure that all inventory is ordered and received in a timely manner.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.,Attend and participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Strong understanding of the coffee industry and a passion for coffee.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.🛠️ Keahlian
