📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct supplier evaluations and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to provide insights into spending and cost-saving opportunities.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that purchasing needs are met in a timely manner.,Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive pricing.,Handle any purchasing-related queries and issues from internal departments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.,Strong knowledge of purchasing processes and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
