📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations, performance evaluations, and contract management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for cost savings and value creation.
  • Lead and mentor procurement team members, providing guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities.
  • Analyze and report on procurement metrics and performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in procurement and supply chain management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving cost savings and improving supplier performance.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
