🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance and talent management, preferably in the advertising industry.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing effective performance management systems.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
