📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff to achieve operational goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.
  • Handle any operational issues or challenges that may arise.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
