📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.,Ensure that all operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement business strategies.,Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure the safety and security of the company and its employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using relevant operational software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
