📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of maintenance systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure seamless operations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies, incorporating new methods into maintenance processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous learning.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations, with a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites across Bali.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
