📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure that all products and services meet the required standards.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior quality control staff to ensure consistent standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance our processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that quality standards are integrated into all operations.,Monitor and report on quality metrics to track performance and identify trends.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.,Lead quality control initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Food Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with HACCP and ISO standards is a plus.
