Lead and manage a team of mobile developers, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality mobile applications.,Oversee the development process, including planning, design, coding, testing, and deployment.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of mobile solutions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile technologies and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve our mobile applications.,Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and ensure that our codebase is well-documented and easy to understand.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges that arise during the development process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on either iOS or Android platforms.,Proven leadership experience, with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring a team of developers.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical issues and challenges.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in at least one programming language commonly used in mobile development, such as Swift, Kotlin, or Java.,Familiarity with mobile development frameworks and tools, such as React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.,Experience with version control systems, such as Git, and familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices.
