In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our pharmacy, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.,Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to financial reporting.,Manage the relationship with external auditors and ensure timely submission of financial documents.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Supervise and train junior finance staff to ensure high standards of financial management.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.,Proficient in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
