📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, workstations, and network devices.,Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Implement and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats.,Backup and restore data as needed to ensure business continuity.,Document system configurations and procedures for future reference.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.,Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.,Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) are a plus.,Good understanding of cybersecurity best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
