📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting in the planning and execution of sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting in the merchandising and display of products to attract customers.
  • Promoting products and services through various sales channels and activities.
  • Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Assisting in the training and development of new sales consultants.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Recent graduate or have limited experience in retail sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.

  • Ability to work shifts and weekends as required.
