📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are hired.,Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the hiring process.,Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring high-quality candidates.,Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and HRIS systems.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.
