Makmur Zahra Restaurant is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.,Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using computer software for inventory and scheduling.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
