📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance evaluations.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Support the HR team in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Provide general HR support to the management team and employees.,Assist in the organization of HR-related events and activities.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding employee data and privacy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a HR or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or Workday.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and organization.
