You'll work closely with our HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, screening candidates, and updating job postings.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance reviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, managing data, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist in employee relations, including handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and facilitating training sessions.
• Support the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback.
• Contribute to the development of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest and passion for HR and a desire to build a career in this field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
