You’ll assist in stocking shelves, handling cash transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining store displays to ensure products are presented attractively.
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using our POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock checks and reordering.
• Follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in store promotions and events to enhance customer engagement.
• Learn and use our in-house inventory management software to support store operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using our inventory management software.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
• Must be available to work full-time, including weekends and holidays.
