Facility Maintenance Engineer (Full-Time)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work with vendors and contractors to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to hotel staff on maintenance-related matters.
• Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Certification in HVAC systems, electrical systems, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
