📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the business.,Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve company goals.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular staff meetings and provide feedback.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successful team management.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Understanding of basic accounting and financial management.,Experience with fleet management is a plus.
