📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations,Manage store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Monitor inventory levels and order stock as needed,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies for the store,Conduct regular store audits to ensure quality standards are met,Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual reports to the Store Manager

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage
