📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily management and supervision of production activities,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Coordinate with production teams to address any issues or bottlenecks,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics,Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with production standards,Assist in the training and development of junior production staff,Support the Production Supervisor in achieving production targets and improving efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production management or a similar role,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus,Knowledge of safety protocols and quality assurance practices,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus
