📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the auto service center,Oversee the work of service advisors, technicians, and other staff members,Ensure all service processes are followed correctly and efficiently,Monitor and maintain inventory levels,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts and services,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with automotive management software is a plus,Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with physical tasks
