The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for creating delicious and innovative dishes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
