📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee engineering processes for residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
• Utilize tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to manage project timelines, budgets, and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and developers, to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Implement eco-friendly solutions and smart building technologies to enhance project sustainability.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, including project managers and senior executives.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in engineering processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans for property development projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering management, with a strong background in property development projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Certifications in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong understanding of local regulations and international standards relevant to property development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
