📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring seamless workflow and optimal resource utilization.
• Manage a team of depot staff, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance and morale.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.
• Monitor inventory levels, order fulfillment, and delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in depot operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in depot management or a similar role in the logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing depot operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and delivery scheduling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
